2.6 Cannot pick up repaired building pieces

Building pieces that were damaged cannot be picked up, even after being repaired, and even after reloading the area.

The option to pick them up shows on the radial wheel, but clicking it does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have damaged building pieces
  2. Repair them to full durability
  3. Attempt to pick them up
  4. Nothing happens
