22,500 Crom Coins Removed from my account!

Bug Description:

22,500 crom coins were removed from my account.

I play Conan on the X-Box Series S and I had a crom coin balance of 17500 (+/- 500).

Until last night (28/05/2022) I have only ever used my Xbox for Conan. Last night I signed into my xbox live account on my PC and downloaded Conan from the xbox Market Place. When I launched the game and attempted to join a server, it would let me join but immediately prompt me with this message; "You have been banned due to an invalid payment transaction. Your in-game virtual currencies are not in a valid state. You can unban your account by purchasing Conan coins:

-4,989" (this was the balance it said I had)

I then tried to sign in on my xbox where I was given the same message. Even more alarming, I get this message when I try to use single player, so I was completely barred from playing the game unless I bought another 4,989 crom coins.

Steps I took to solve the issue:

  1. Restart Game

  2. Forced the game to Sync to cloud.

  3. Uninstalled Conan from my PC and signed out my Xbox account on the PC. Then repeated steps 1 and 2.

  4. Deleted save local save data from xbox console to force a full sync from the cloud.

  5. Completely removed Conan from Xbox and re installed.

  6. I purchased the Crom Coins required to unban my account.

Action 6 worked and my Account is unbanned. However my remaining balance for crom coins is 50.

The math is as follow:

17,511 - 22,500 = (-4,989)
(-4,989) + 5039 (the amount I purchased) = 50

The sum I am owed is:

17,511 + 5,039 = 22,550 (+/- 500)

So it is clear, 100% of all my purchases have been posted on my credit card statements. There are absolutely no invalid payment transactions. I cannot ask the credit company to have the payments refunded as they are already posted and funds transferred. I have double checked all statements and Microsoft purchase confirmations.

So as of now my account is owed 22,500 crom coins, plus or minus 500. It can be minus for all I care at this point.

CONCLUSION:

My account is owed 22,500 (+/- 500) Crom Coins. I can provide proof of purchase, payment, and posted transactions.

Some of these transactions would have been from months ago so theres no logical reason for payment discrepancies now.

Hi, you need to go to zendesk.
There you can open a ticket. Select in-game purchase as request type and give them your account informations.
Don’t worry, you are not the first one with this issue and from all people I know with this issue they solved it quick.
