I can't buy any Crom Coins

Hello there Funcom, for some reason I’m unavailable to buy any Crom Coins from the Xbox Store, and I’ve just checked the Xbox Status, and everything seems to be fine by their end, plus my NAT network is open and cabled, so I don’t know if it is on my end the problem, I am playing Conan Exiles on the Xbox One S via Cloud Gaming, thank you and I await for a response.

OK in seriousness you would be more likely to get the help you need if you send out a ticket to Zendesk than asking on the forum.

Check your Xbox account settings. Also try deleting your current payment method on Xbox, then typing it back in (especially if you use MS points via Microsoft Rewards)
