Problem with crom coins

Hi!

I’m looking for help.

I tried to buy some Crom Coins on Xbox and the first time it failed. I tried again, and worked perfectly. Thing is, both got billed but only one is reflected in-game. According to Microsoft, because the item are in game currency, I have to contact the game publisher

I wrote to Funcom support (Service ticket #1199434) ten days ago and still no answer.

Any ideas?
