This is the second time on Xbox that I have ordered Crom coins and had not delivered. It’s $50 worth of Crom coins and it’s been about three weeks now that I haven’t gotten my coins and I’ve only gotten two replies back from funcom and one of those was automated. I’ve provided all necessary information to prove I paid for them and my funcom ID too.
I buy everything in the bazaar and in the battle pass and the lack of response makes me feel highly disrespected by you guys. Need to get your stuff together this is outrageous behavior from customer service. This is poor service from your customer support and needs to be addressed and FIXED!

You’re better off contacting Microsoft Xbox Support Make sure to include proof of purchase (MS sends an email and a notification of purchase in chat notifications on your Xbox blade). Explain the situation clearly and politely and it’ll hopefully be resolved quickly
