Crom Coins little rant

This is more a rant than anything. Me and wife both bought crom coins on December 14th. Only $10 each but with tight economy it was a treat for us. We wait 2-3 days still no coins. Files help with zendesk at funcom and got a response fairly quick. They said thank you for providing proof and this will be taken care within 2 days. Well few days later still no coins so we wrote back yet again. And this time they asked for proof yet again even tho in the previous contacts the proof is already there. Now here it is January 2nd and still no coins. My wife decided to buy them feom playstation store to maybe get them instead of through conan game. Still did not work and another $10 down the drain. We played this game for years have every update and this lack of help or even proper communication is severely hampering any wNt i have left for this game. I been better off playing the lottery and winning the jackpot at this point over getting our crom coins or our money back. Please get your act together funcom this is not how you treat your paying customers.

Be sure to send a screenshot of your reciept. They certainly take their sweet time to resolve it but, i do believe you’ll eventually get your crom coins. It’s annoying how businesses never have a problem taking your money immediately but, can’t seem to get your purchase to you without a hassel.

If Funcom fails, seek redress with Sony.
All customer service situations are a hassle but if the transaction went thru PlayStation Store, contact them if Funcom continues to foot shuffle.
