2nd Derketo Altar Disappeared After Final Upgrade (the problen is still there)

This problem is still there. please fix this. we work very hard to get the altars. I last a lot of would, stone, kills and time becouse og this bug. Same happend with the Yog altar.
Please, please fix this.

1.Build snadstone round foundation (6 wedge, 24 wedge and 12 normal foundations) I did tested in single mode and the Derketo altar T3 fits on it.
2.Build derketo altar T1
3.Build derketo altar T2
4.Upgrade T2 to T3 and everything is gone.
