3.0.2 broke my private server

Basic Info:

Platform: Steam

Bug Description:

After the pc patch 3.0.2 my private server no longer responds. I updated the dedicated server from steam, and now it seems like file locations are even different.

Try deleting GameTweaksCache.ini from the server and restarting it:

I just tried logging into one of the EU Test-Live Servers that is up and running a few minutes ago. Game crashed during character creation process. I would think the Test-Live is running the same version as the LIVE servers, which does not bode well.
