3.0 Bug Report: Knowledge Reset

I accidentally reset my knowledge by drinking the wrong potion.

It completely wiped all of my Library of Esoteric Effects recipes (I had them all). In addition, I had all of the Siptah recipes on this character and dozens of Siptah delved recipes. All gone. Prior to 3.0 resetting feats did not erase ALL previously acquired recipes.

Now this is a HUGE issue for me as I maintain 2 characters and WAS working toward unlocking all Exiles and Siptah recipes on both (one on each map).

My character is “Brock” on 1520 PVE Exiles.

Thank you for your report. Can you share with us if it was the Yellow lotus potion?

I consumed this potion. I was looking for the Potion of Besital Memory to reset my attributes, I did not see it available, so I drank this potion as the description changed to reflect “Knowledge”. However, even this potion in its old form should not have wiped acquired recipes from exiles lands or siptah.

I respectfully request that my character be rolled back due to this bug.

Apologies for all the trouble, we understand this is very frustrating especially with the transfers paused. We’ll make sure to add to the patch notes known issues asap!

Our team is already working on solving this issue and it should be released in a future update.

We regret it came to this, but we appreciate your support and patience while we try to solve this situation.

In the past something similar happened. I do not believe there is a way to get the recipes back
