Bug after using potion to reset knowledge points

Bug Description:
Several recipes learned on Siptah while transfere were active, and also many recipes bought on bazaar or gotten from challenges is gone after taking a natural learning potion. Can see most of them in the “ancesteral knowledge” but nothing happens when clicking on them/still enlearned and can’t create or use.

Edit: It seems I cant learn anything that has the cost of knowledge points set to “0”. Tested now with twitch drops and other stuff too that cost zero to learn when resetting and cant learn any.

Bug Reproduction:
Created and used a “potion of natural learning”
