My boost has stayed at 10x since the announcement. I have not recieved any 30x boost at all

Thank you for reporting your situation.
In order to receive the new multipliers from the event, it is important that you clear out all the multipliers you may have saved before the event started. Only after clearing the older ones can you then receive the new ones.
