Is it possible to NOT sort everything in alphabetic order only?
The recipes are all over the place.
If adding multiple sorting methods is too much work to handle, how about simply naming the armors “Kurak’s Hood” or “Fiend Mail” instead so at least the whole set sit in one place?

You had proven it with the introduction of Construction Hammer and brought order to building pieces / crafting stations. And thus, building has become the most enjoyable part in the game ever since.
