I recently bought my friend Conan on steam and he hasn’t got a clue 
I really want to help him, but the only pc version I have access to is the gamepass pc version. Can I still play with my friend, or do I need the steam version? Sorry if this is really obvious. But I haven’t played on a pc for like 15 years
If you both are on PC, it should work by simply connecting to the same server. I don’t have any clue how Coop would work if that is possible.

If anyone does know the answer to how we could join each other single player mode. Or if it’s even possible lol. I’d be very grateful
You should be able to invite them via the Funcom friend list feature.
Start your coop game, add each other, then invite your friend.
