I made a shelf to hold metal chest but can not get the chest to fit of the shelf((( Is there a shelf to store chest on instead of just leaving them on the floor?

It should fit on the shelf, it’s just really fiddly about it and doesn’t always look very stable when you do get it on. I’ve found that going first-person makes it easier to get it to place, for whatever reason.

Additionally I found that things are easier to place if you look upon the location from above.
For that reason alone one of the dancers in my throne room has a table in her inventory, for me to stand on
