About 1040 - funcom! We need to talk!

So ! After reports from almost every player of this server , you keep telling us to contact zendesk … the problem is : Zendesk usually responds after 6-8
Weeks ! And then we just get a server restart during the day as the last time !
That’s not acceptable.
I wish me a clear communication with your community and don’t accept the standard „report to zendesk text“
The problem is real , and big ! We got huge lags and horrific desynchronise performance issues . And all of that after the season update .
So pls funcom . Keep youre players , you’re „I am going to buy all what’s in the bazar“ players up - to - date .
If this is not fixible , or we really need to wait 6-8‘weeks for zendesk , pls tell us that also .

Not helpful if you open new bug report after report, all servers have these lags/desync issues atm. Even on private servers.

So will need them to figure out what causes it and wait for a fix.
