actually i have a case open where im writing with Funcom Support Team via funcom zendesk
I startet the conversation 7 Days ago and i got the first reply from Funcom after 2 Days.
After distributing them some more information about the case they still dont answer me.
Its already 5 days ago after i wrote the last message to them. I mean i can understand when they
running short on Employees after/during Covid but why the response time is that bad ?
Most of our staff is out due to the summer break and our response time may be delayed. However, feel free to send a new reply to your ticket on Zendesk asking for an update on the investigation.
Seems like most people are not aware of the vacation schedule. Should have been put out more advertised instead of discovered and announced by forum users. Been here long enough to know but most don’t.
So Crotox, I haven’t actually seen this thread in a while but I thought you might like to know this.
I run a wool business that needs to send out patterns, kits and help to shops and consumers. We run another portal for shopper help, other than ZenDesk. Because we’re a very specialized business we only do it in-house, with specialists who can answer questions and have the authority to do so.
Please check your sources and see this is a Zendesk site, and these are not specialized support personnel. They are also working during the height of an imposed Summer work break, so the specialized staff is thin.
Cool off, man. It’s a long life, a long time with this amazing game. We as a Community can fix it, but you gotta be more patient.
Well at least you got a response. One time in ESO, I never got a response. (granted that only happened once) The other times, I am not sure how many days after before I got initial reply.
Depending how many tickets they get, they make take a while to respond. Only games that responded fast were when CSRs were actually playing in the MMOs (EQ1, DAoC, etc.). (Still may have to wait a few hours).
Shrug, I am used to slow responses since I deal with companies and government agencies that may take weeks to respond back to my queries. Heck, with clients I serve, I may not respond quickly either depending my job priorities and their request…
