Will Funcom let modders access the new map later, or the new map will never be modded?

Mods will work on Siptah as they work on the Exiled lands, however the map itself won’t be editable.
We have some big news about this, so please tune in tomorrow for the developer stream. (at 5pm CEST)

Either I have a problem of understanding, or the subject you promised to cover has not been covered on this stream.
So, can we find out more about modding and the fact that we can’t change the map please?
