Now when we have more and more non-combatant purely cosmetic “Thralls” (cats, rats, Festive Dog etc.) I’d like to have this distance to take into account Combatant Thralls only. It’s made for base defence balance and those pets don’t affect base defence in any way.
There is a hack where you can place a ton of thralls in a tiny spot. Tell the thrall you just placed to follow you and run away. Remember where u placed the thrall as you don’t want to place them inside each other or they might get stuck. Anyways now place the next thrall wherever you want, even like 6 inches away.
its a good work around the problem is if they move to a position you dont want you need to do all the process again, i would like to place them freely side by side. Another goos strategy is to set a ceiling above the place you want to put the thrall, the distance will count vertically too, then you destroy the ceiling and the thrall falls in the right place. But all of this gives a lot of working
I was just thinking about this.
Since players can have 2 fighter thralls follow them I think base security needs to be considered so placing thralls closer together is a must.
Except when my fighter thrall trips on a cat and gets stuck in the doorway rather than rushing to defend my base against a Purge.
I had to lock all my cats in a “cattery” near my bedroom
