3 months of grinding, gone. Two attempts, according to them to fix my character transfer. I told that I will rather leave than start over and then they tick my ticket as solved. It’s not solved, my character is still stuck in the void. Even if I create a new character and the admin gives me back everything I lost, I still can’t transfer, cause my original character is occupying the single transfer space. If you can’t fix it, then remove it. How can a simple transfer mod fix something that a game company is struggling with. Really heart breaking but I’m done with this game until they fix it.
