Acc Username missing

It was sometime since i was last online, and i’ve forgotten my Username how to submit ticket in order to receive it back or to reset it.

You can enter your email address which is connected with your FC account.
Then you will get back a mail with your user name.

I did reset my password although no Username is present.

So when you have only one account, they do not send you the user name by mail? If you have more than one account they send you all account names:

In this case making a second account with the same email address would help.
