Hmm… don’t think Zendesk is going to put a lot of effort into that. lol
Zendesk only responds once and then ignores all subsequent messages. They havn’t responded to me in 8 days.
Make sure you reply to your original ticket and don’t create duplicate tickets as these may increase the response time.
Don’t expect this to be resolved they spam you with the same msg after you reply with everything they ask. they won’t look into it it’s been over a week since I have gotten a response. I’m surprised they didn’t lock this immediately like they usually do.
