I tired Logging on last night and got an access denied failed to retrieve suspension information. I don’t know why it’s showing this but can someone please help me with this issue as to why this is happening.

You got suspended from the official servers for violation of TOS. You need to contact Zendesk to get that information. They never actually put the reason anymore… which is pretty dumb.
Unlikely… someone must have done something. Or… you’re on a PvP official and pissed someone off. This happens pretty often that some players get reported for some sorta infraction because another player got upset.
