I tired Logging on last night and got an access denied failed to retrieve suspension information. I don’t know why it’s showing this but can someone please help me with this issue as to why this is happening.
I’m afraid that message means youre banned, two weeks usually if its your first ban. Its usually for landclaim but you can ask the reason for the ban by contacting zendesk https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

But my base can decay by then how is that fair when nobody notified me of anything etc.
Most likely your base is already gone and wiped by admins, they wont give a warning.
That is precisely the point of a suspension.
Wow ok that’s not fair at all but watever. I built next to the cave dungeon n never went to close I expanded way out of the zone from the cave so none of this makes sense

I have two servers one on exiles lands and sip tab exiles land I built in dessert next to nth they banned me on that on all official for no reason cuz I didn’t violated no land claim etc n siptah I only built next to a elder vault not even too close n I randomly get a ban this is why Conan will never progress further
Yeah I know how it feels, been there myself too, we can only speculate the reason. Did you have any decorative landclaim or forexample bridges or roads built? Those can cause the ban.
