I get an access denied message when I try to load in any online server with it saying “Failed to retrieve suspension information”
If this is actual suspension, I have no idea why. I havent built any bigger that other bases ive seen. I dont even know what you can get suspended for other than large lamd claims?
Ive been doing basic age of sorcery quests, collecting thralls and recipes.

Yes that message means youre banned, 14 days usually.

Good morning .
I am sorry to learn your mishap, but there are rules retaining constructions on official servers. From the moment when your constructions do not respect these rules, all players present on the server can report to you and thus cause a procedure from Funcom.
Unfortunately, some players abuse this procedure because the rules can prepare for confusion in certain situations.
The administrator responsible for enforcing the rules do only their work in order to make the servers friendly for all.
We share a play area together or all must respect these rules.
I wish you despite your legitimate disabilities a good day.

Hello,

Thank you everyone for explaining the situation.

If you’d like more information about your suspension, please poke our colleagues over at Zendesk. They’ll be able to give you more information about the duration of this suspension and the reason for it.

Thank you for your comprehension.

Not in any sort of timely matter. This is one of the issues I read about on the forum most of the time. Ask any one that was dealt with zendesk. Love to see the customer satisfaction % with zendesk.

My opinion is also based on my experience with reporting blatant TOS violations.

Sorry, but I see mods on here suggest taking it to zendesk, hell I do it because I know that is where they will be sent. But people getting any sort of satisfaction; or anything other then a canned response, is a fraction.

Zendesk needs to step up their game. Put more women on the job.

I did try Zendesk and I guess it wont matter. I started playing pve so I could build a uniqur castle/base in the sandbox world that is Conan Exiles without worrying about it being wiped like in pvp. Building in this game is the MAIN reason I enjoy the game. The building mechanic and features in Conan is fantastic and allows so much creativity. Finding a cool spot and utilizing the terrain to make an amazing base that stands out visually is my favorite thing about the game. I love when players build cool or unique bases, and I love the idea that other players and myself can see what we all build. I hate when people spam and build pointless ugly structures just to land claim. I never do that myself and always build with purpose in design. My bases never block resources or points of interest. I HATE when people do that.
But here I am left to think I got suspened for possible land claim issues when my bases are no bigger than other bases that have been or still are on the server. The truth is I have no idea why I got suspended and there’s no way to know because theres no info given. But I do know I spent countless hours, days, weeks, months casually building, collecting and role playing on an official server, and making one of my most unique bases, which I was still working on. And I mean a LOT of time, collecting resources, building, tearing down, rebuilding, until I was happy with how it worked within the terrain. Ive spent money on all but 2 expansions packs(which I was going to buy eventually), the Isle of Siptah map, and the battle pass. Endured all the bugs, disconnects, goofy lag, god awful frame rate, all because I loved how this game allowed me the ability to create amazing buildings and bases etc.
And yet I still got suspended and defacto wiped on the pve server anyway. Theres no way it should have been for my building, as my bases were always built with the game world and other players in mind. And if not for that then I got suspended for god knows what. I only did things in the game as programmed. Im on console and cant even imagine how anyone can cheat like they can on pc. Its one of the reasons I prefer console. If I did something wrong I have no idea what, and no way to know how to avoid it in the future.

In any case Ive lost countless hours over the past year slowly creating a unique structure in Conan as was intended in PVE, and I got wiped, not by players, but by the very company that designed the game to be able to actually build as such.
I now see no point in playing this game for myself, nor to buy future installments and continue supporting the game. If the threat of getting suspended out of the blue for god know what exists, then whats the point. I play within the games design and rules, but get wiped anyway. This was one of my favorite games to relax and play over the past 4 years or so, but Im done. I was honestly so supportive of this game even with all the major problems its had. After quitting pvp and coming back to do role play pve because I love to build and show, I have no reason to bother with this game anymore.
If you cannot explain specifically why a suspension happens to a specific player, theres no way to know how to avoid it in the future.
Im not spending another hour in a game that threatens punishment for invisible infractions.
You got my money already, so well played for you. Its jusy disappointing that after all the endless choppy, buggy and laggy gameplay, a player who supports the game through all that gets punished by erasing the progress that they made through it all. After all the complaints from thousands of players, I continued to support and play this game, because at its core, I loved playing Conan. I loved what it was trying to do as an open world sanbox game.
Whatever the rules were that got me suspended, I am unaware of what that rule may have been, and no longer care.
Good bye Conan Exiles, good bye Funcom.
There no point supporting you or this game anymore!
Sincerely, a fan disappointed :disappointed:

Good morning .
Your bad experience in Conan Exiles is sorry and I am struggling to learn your departure. Nevertheless I understand you, to lose the fruit of his fierce work either because of a bug either for any other reason is painful.
I had me as it was the victim of the loss of a great base having required hidden hours of work and that following a bug, I left Conan by screen, to come back because I miss the games. With regard to the erasure procedures implemented by Funcom, they are intended to make the PVE /PVP server playable in good conditions for all.
This no one fucom’s not time that you have to blame but the players who abuses by building. Of more certain players will report bases only out of jealousies, your base is beautiful, or simply located in a coveted area then by stupidity or jealousy we go report this base. The administrators responsible for enforcing the rules not simply not time to verify the reasons for a report (it costs expensive) and this leads to errors and the abuse of reporting of certain players.
I think that Funcom should before d before 'Erase a base prevent the player to target and give him time to rectify what causes the problem.
I don’t unfortunately think that Funcom will do that because it’s too long and expensive to do. Best wishes
