I have put in 3 tickets to appeal the supposeded ban. Doesnt say for how long and for what for. Please i cant aceas bo official servers. And nobody has responded to my tickets
Adding additional tickets only creates more work. The response time for inquiries of this nature is normally 1-3 weeks.
Stop putting in more tickets so they can deal with the actual workload.
(I don’t agree with suspensions personally for landclaim so keep this in mind with my comment.)
Sad to hear about it man. Kiki is right, putting various tickets will cause them to be closed with no solution. I got suspended recently i can tell you that they dont review temporary suspensions. I opened a ticket and they ansewered in more or less three days to, asking some details, more one day after it they informed me that temporary suspensions can not be appealed. And even after your period ends you will able to login only after server restart at the end of the day depending on your region. Hope you could overcome it. Im giving it a second try to the game, since the server are 2x harvest i toke a only few days to build another base way smaller this time and avoiding to the max to leave some detail someone could exploite through report system. Best luck friend. If server transfer was enable i could visit to hand a help.

Hi there, from experience, zendesk returned an email to my request for more information in about one week. Did you write a polite request? If you use any say, “coloured language”, then your request will be binned. I wrote a very polite request, saying “please” and “thank you”, and I got a reply in about 7 days.
Your suspension should last for about two weeks. Hope that helps.
