Add a report tag for griefing that one can actually find

Been searching through the forums for about 10 min (i have limited patiance), still have not found out how to conduct a report about being walled in by a muppet. I am bleeding gametime due to this indiviual, who also are now incercling a vault. Official servers are suffering :slight_smile:

Love sipta, but as of now, i cant play there.
