in the most typical funcom fashion they added the patch notes, but forgot to edit the thread tittle, to add the last update date to todays date.
it is still marked as last update in april 11 2024. hehe

How man of you run the actually steam app? I know I never think to look there.
Unfortunately, not. I was hoping it was just me. I relogged and it still doesn’t work. It also doesn’t work for my boyfriend. When it broke for me was the moment I used the chat feature. I should add that I’m on an official PvE server. Curious how it is going for everyone else, specifically people who don’t use chat or don’t have a chat feature available. I’ve had to run across the map like 20 times in the past few days, especially for the purpose of moving my base to a new location. So my finger was purple yesterday lol. Hoping for a resolution. 
I know it’s not the best suggestion (I have clanmates that prefer controller on PC) but perhaps using the KB&M for now might be able to alleviate the strain?

Yea I did somewhat understand your gif of trying to force something that doesn’t fit.
My gif was more of representation of Funcom trying to throw out ideas to create chaos ( jeep rolling ) and hoping it fits (jeep landing in the space). Will players except the new changes (like a glove)? or will they be left pissed and confused (monkey at the end)? 
they can always fix what they did through a hot fix but unfortunately they could always use that to slip in another unwanted idea.
That’s a valid suggestion. I might have to try it. I just started Conan a few days ago, so I think I can still re-learn it on Mouse & Keyboard. If my finger isn’t nearly bleeding after playing for hours, that’s a win in my book. xD
Did they fix the Custom Inventory sorting yet? Or are we still without the ability to custom sort our inventory (and retain it through switching back and forth between name/type/heaviest?)
Falling through player-built structures still has not been addressed as of this update. This is a severe issue that has been present since the Chapter 4 update. This is a more serious issue requiring attention than many of the problems getting fixed in this particular patch.
I’m not seeing any inventory fixes. When sorting is turned on, I try to give a thrall a truncheon, but it jumps back out. I throw out unnecessary trash from my inventory and in the thrown out bag I see something completely different from what I threw away.
I am very, very upset, I want to say a lot of bad words about the developers.
I never visited the Ruins of Al-Merayah, after the introduction of the third chapter I tried to understand why my thralls began to freeze during the battle.
I did not participate in the Sacred Hunt, at this time I was trying to learn how to use the “updated” inventory.
Please stop breaking the game!
Looks like most all the fixes are controller/game pad issues.
This is part of the transformative development and planning.
It’s akin to throwing a plate against a wall.
It will be transformed from something useful to trash and all it took was effort.
