Ai camps delay respawn

Dafari camps cannibls rest and narrowneck span are both taking long time to spawn npcs but if I go to scavengers berth the spawn npcs show and I travel back and they start to spawn again like some timer glitch or override spawn issues get undone once I go elsewhere to get npcs

To add that exile under narrowneck span spawn like usual and also other dafari are having same issues
