Did some more follower weapon testing
The unarmed combos issue seems to be fixed I have been unable to reproduce it.
When testing an archer follower with a single 1h weapon + bow in inventory there is a minor issue of the melee weapon disappearing mid combo. I have been able to intermittently observe this behavior using the following load outs on an archer thrall.
1h Sword + bow
1h Mace + bow
1h Axe + bow
For whatever reason I have not been able to produce this issue using 2h weapon + bow.
Biggest issue I have encountered is when a follower has multiple melee weapons in their inventory.
For example loading Mace of Thag, Scythe of Thag, Hammer of Thag. There are too many weapons swaps even trying to change weapons mid combo hindering the ability of the follower to fight.
Another issue I came across is the followers strictly using javelins for melee combat never throwing them.
While testing Bow+Mace combination on a fighter follower thrall. I observed the follower get stuck in heavy charged shot animation using a bow unable to fire.
While testing just a katana in a fighter follower inventory I had follower get stuck twice while trying to do a heavy charge attack while being hit with arrows from an archer at distance.
While testing I took a 10 min break and just left my character on a building in sepermeru about two body lengths high. My follower made many attempts to port up to where i was standing and somehow the follower ported herself under the mesh and was killed. Not sure if this is related undermesh measure mentioned in patch notes.
Event log simply said my follower died.
My console made several references to a persistent humanoid npc triggering the BP_SafetyNetVolume
“Falling through the world. This should not happen.” - guess what it happened.
