An abomination resulting from the update

There are many errors, first it doesn’t let me use my silent legion helmet, I put it in a chest and now it doesn’t even let me manipulate it, then it doesn’t let me use my weapon, a spear, then it doesn’t let me place a mannequin, then it doesn’t let me It lets me draw slaves from the wheel of pain, it doesn’t let me draw blood from the sacrificial altar, sometimes it doesn’t let me go up stairs and it teleports me randomly into the structure, if I enter the structure at random it kicks me out or leaves me inside the walls , it won’t let me take some items out of my chests and that’s for starters, what’s happening, please help
