I need help 
My build strengh +10 / agility +10 / vitality +10 / grit +10 / expertise +20
I will keep aspect of the bats +68 health and gloves of jhil (stamina+).
I need to replace primitive chestpiece and skirt + boots of the serpent. (carrying capacity is useless with expertise +20).
I have 468 health and 468 armor, I need to increase this a little if possible.

OK for the record I haven’t even entered 3.0 so I’m going on standard conversion and what I know since this thread got no traffic yet.
For well rounded as you are, I would suggest going SL Light. I believe their gloves which you are already not going to use were the carry weight bonus. The only disadvantage would you would miss out on the helm but that should add health like the bat does.
