I remember playing medium armor when I started playing. Eventually, I switched to light to be able to roll faster and carry more stuff (back in the day when it felt impossible to roll with heavy armor).
I’ve been playing with heavy armor now, specially with encumbrance builds when building and such, but after seeing that @stelagel wears light armor, I want to try it again 
.
Would you share which is your favorite light armor build and why?

Although you know what i prefer, allow me to explain why.
Dragon hide and any dragon bone armor was a dream for me since i started the dragon fights in this game. Dragon bone weapons were my main weapons for a really long time in this game and i really wish short sword and 2h axe will be included on dragon bone weapon list.
Dragon hide epic is the cheapest armor you can fix, yet one of the most decent in terms of armor points. It gives you extra hp which is cool and it help me a lot in every build i do.
It looks sexy and wild, so basically it’s perfect for my Bella 
. I love hoods, but since transmog i don’t use hoods anymore, so i transmog only the hood with khitan heasband.
I know i didn’t help a lot, but that’s why dragon hide.
Ps. In order to have fast regeneration you need green encumbrance.

As much of a cheapened choice it might be when it comes to armor in general, I enjoy a blend primarily consisting of the Abyssal (summoned) Armor’s Helm, Gloves, and Boots because in my Corruption Build these pieces provide great stats. The only problem with the set is that the Mail and Leggings provide a Health bonus, but I aim to keep Health low to benefit most from Resurgence’s flat heal. For the torso slot I use Bestial Regalia (or if that’s not available, the Perfected Light Chestpiece.) For the Leggings I use either the Leggings of Kurak for Stamina or the Perfected Light Wrap to keep damage high.
Abyssal armor rocks, if i could only transmog the helmet 
. I use it a lot on war party training thralls.
