Due to the fact that it continues to keep raining inside mine and others buildings on my server. Is there a way to shut it off. I would think by now this issue would have been solved.

I’m not sure - but there’s a mod to at least keep it from making everything shiny (Can’t remember the exact title but if you search for shiny rain you’ll probably find it). That takes care of the worst of it inside at least.
I have been searching for a way for months! Mods only remove rain effects, but not the rain itself. If you find a solution, please post it hear. I would VERY much like to do that, too.
The only thing that seems to work is to open the Admin panel, set the Weather effects to 1 (left side near bottom), press Apply a couple of times, and wait about 5-10 seconds for the rain to slowly stop. But it starts up again after a while. So you would have to keep doing it every so often. Thus, its not the kind of fix that we’re looking for, but at least its something.
There is not a way to shut the rain off by the moment. The only thing you can do is to freezy the “good weather” in the administrator panel, with this option it won’t rain anymore (if you do it when it is not raining) but also It wont change day/night cycle automatically, and the administrator would need to do it manually.
