First off, I want to commend the poor B@$t@rd(s) at FC that have to revamp EVERY single piece of armor and all the weapons that are in the data tables to the new attribute system plan. HOLY HECK! Why that sounds like a great ole time rehashing every single item that was designed previously to make this attribute redo viable. I see it, feel your pain, and appreciate your efforts to make the game more enjoyable. It’s not as flashy as new content but it is necessary so thank you.
Now about these changes coming up. Is there any insight or details that can be shared over the changes in the bumps that armor and weapons currently give?
For instance it was discussed in the dev stream that something like a +Str would be changed to just additional weapon damage. Would that be across the board for all Strength boosts or will these bonuses be tailored a bit more (IE like +strength armor may increase your weapon damage but it may just increase your encumbrance)
So I guess my question as you revamp all of the bonuses away from attribute bumps and more towards functional bumps, are these all going to be standardized so that the 7 older different attribute bumps just equate to 7 different standardized functional bumps in the game or is it going to be a bit more complex ?
