I take it this is a mod where you have a backpack spot?
No mod just in my my pack to swap out. There’s a lot of editing there.
Redeemed Legion boots are pretty heavy…the silent legion mediums are slightly better. Even more so are the boots of Kurak.
I use the War Mammorth boots, but those are a drop anyway and also heavy.
Could swap the legion boots for medium legion or even kurak. Same plus to carry weight but are lighter so it’s a small gain in how much you can carry. Though you may prefer the resists and/or armor of the redeemed.
Seems one or maybe two of the khari armors had plus carry weight on the boots and gloves along with plus to damage but I’d have to log in to check to be sure.
Great minds think alike. But some of them type faster.
What about your “armor build for”
I’ll check those boots, I have a battle set and a thrall taker set; but the thrall taker is all wrong, I need to do some research.

those boots (redeemed vs kurak) have the same carrying capacity (36) but kurak’s are lighter and give bonus dmg for thralls
redeemed but of course have better defense and resistance to cold/heat (2 points)
I use both, whichever I need more.
I call this setup “commander”
2 x Skellos - bonus dmg for both thralls
Kurak boots - more carrying capacity and dmg for thralls
champion cuirass and greaves - no need to introduce
for bigger battles I take redeemed helmet & boots and godbreaker gloves
