I saw a couple of posts from 2019 that spoke about this concept and wanted to submit it for further consideration.

Armor Mod Kits

Non stackable but replaceable kits

  • Weight reduction
  • Temperature modification
  • Armor enhancement
  • etc

Armor Skinning

  • Either DLC or Tinker’s Bench kits to change the look of an armor without changing it’s stats

Why?

For armor skinning, God Breaker armor, one of the best sets in the game, is fugly as fugly can get. Other armors take dye unevenly or have that one feature, looking at you Yamatai Demon Mask, that just spoils the set.

For Replaceable armor kits, why not? Yes, most of what I am asking for can be cobbled together with potions, equipped shields and weapons, and consumables, but that tactic cuts into my scotch and cigar time.

It’s not that I am lazy, it’s that I am lazy with a purpose.
