Armored pets slowly starve to death

Armored pets slowly starve to death due to lack of diet, quite sad to listen to them cry and not be able to do anything for them. Is this something you guys can fix or does the dev of the dlc have to do it?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Tame animal with dlc armor available.
  2. Put amor on animal.
    3.watch as it slowly starves to death.

Must be a console bug, not happening here on PC.

Thats good. Luckily I found a way to refill the food bar on my single player game.

Pet’s aren’t supposed to have armor slots. It was fixed on PC. Source

It’s not actual armor its more like war paint and fangs in their ears … its the decorated animal skins that you get with a dlc.

Oh, I misunderstood. I wasn’t aware that throwing the DLC stuff on the pets caused this. Carry on!
