Hello, I have a question about the Stygian armorer III, he is a fix spawn together with some Slave taker or relic hunter fighters. Is it intential that he can craft only expectional basic / DLC armors? I mean he is a stygian armorer, and he can’t craft any stygian or related expectional armor.
Occasionally Taris Leather binder will spawn in his place. He is the only one to make flawless Zingaran freebooter.
The slavetakers can also spawn as Olena the Oathmaker and possibly others.
I don’t know about the stygians ability to craft exceptional stygian.
I just wrangled lvl 3 and they only make exception DLC armor
I thought Silas the weathered spawned there too?
