this function needs to be removed, im tired of being poisons cause the game wants me to eat raw meat. stop it please

I agree 100% I have made so many pieces of equipment multiple times because I make it, it gets hidden on my hotbar, and I cant find it, so I assume I cleared the queue too soon or something and make it again, just to find a second chest piece in my hotbar for whatever reason.
