Logged in today, expecting to get an agent dossier, got only the usual patron stuff.
Pretty sure the event is still live, since there’s druids everywhere and Fearghas is still offering his mission. Also it’s the 30:th, at least in my timezone.
Unfortunately, event login rewards started a day early and ended a day early.

Funcom has been pretty good at making up for it when they messed up event rewards in the past. But I wouldn’t count on it. It was possible to get the full 14 days of rewards, the dates were just off by one day.
