I signed in today to negative crom coins and was banned. I saw other forum threads that sounded very similar. I sent my report in to the proper links, i dont know when I’ll hear back or if it will get resolved. After reading multiple threads, that were all locked from comments by admins mind you, i figured out what went wrong and would loved to have been able to just comment on those threads to clear it up for them too. A forum is a place to communicate issues like this so we can solve them. Using gamepass on PC and activating a PC account, it automatically doubled all my purchases for the pc version of the game that i purchased on the xbox version. I believe i was negative coins because it opened on my account that owned dlc/bazaar items on a version of the game i did not buy them on.
The threads probably get closed because it’s an account issue that isn’t really a point of discussion. The best course would be to submit a zendesk ticket because they will need your funcom ID to fix the issue (maybe even your steam ID).
I agree completely, thats how to fix it. However, that doesnt stop othrs from doing it and needing help to get fixed as well. If people got more room to discuss, then less people might have the problem occur. I dont expect a solution to my issue from this forum, i simply wish others to know of a potential problem. Also, if im wrong i hope someone is still aloud post on this thread to explain what happened so i can avoid it in the future.
