Last patch I bought the 7800 pack of coins and Funcom gave me double the amount. Sent a message to Funcom regarding the issue when I applied for a position because I did not want to spread a possible exploit, just to be banned due their own mistakes.
WHAT A JOKE COMPANY.

This could also show up when you’re using “mods”
I’m using the gamepass xcloud app. It has no mods.
The coin system is automated and probably has very little (if any) human involvement.
Judging from that negative number i’m assuming you spent the excess coins you received?
When it was corrected (how long did this go on?) you where automatically banned as a negative number isn’t possible.
Contact support and get it sorted.
