today when I went to login to Conan I came across this message I never made an invalid purchase, never asked for a refund, and never made a purchase of 2250 crow, I only buy coins when a new pass arrives
I have heard from some people who have similar problem.

Contact support from the popup or submit a ticket via ZenDesk. Until your account is reviewed, the suspension wont be lifted.
Got the exact same ban still waiting. No issue while our bases decay open for raiding …just take your time.
