Bug Description:
I purchased the 1,200 Crom coin bundle to get the Chronicle of War: Chapter 3 bundle. The Crom coins were in my game inventory. I clicked purchase on the cosmetic bundle and it said the purchase failed. I tried purchasing it a second time, it also failed. My game crashed, and I was banned for making “invalid purchases” and needed to buy over 800 Crom coins to get unbanned. My current balance after spending $20 on Crom coins is now 308 and I still don’t have the cosmetic bundle.

I’m having the same problem. I tried contacting them and they asked for my FUNCOM ID, but since I’m banned from the game, I can’t get access to the ID. So basically… even having enough coins to make the purchase, I was banned and have a negative balance, and they will only unban me if I buy another pack… ON PTBR.
This is interesting. I, too, purchased Crom Coins during the sale, but have not made a purchase, as of yet. I will keep an eye on the Bazaar and update if I receive a similar issue.
Nope, this happened on my single player. It was the first screen to pop up after the intro video with noway to exit out. I ended up buying the extra crom coins to get at all my info. That’s why I’m $20 in the hole rather than $10

Having the same problem. Purchased coins with no issue, more than enough to cover what I wanted, tried to buy the Chap. 3 bundle & Vanir Shaman, bazaar wouldn’t let me, logged out to lodge ticket, logged in for FC ID only to be told I was banned for having a negative balance.
A bit nervous right now. already have 721 Crom Coins in my wallet and just ‘spent’ 600 on the Stygian Pyramid Components. I got the Pack but the Crom Coins haven’t been deducted from my wallet yet.
I had 3500 or 3600 just a few mins ago and it logged me out the server and when I got back on I had 490 I bought my coins 2 days ago. didnt get banned though
I had the same problem happen to me about an hour ago although I didn’t get banned. I tried buying the pyramid building pack but received a failed purchase message. I had 1,017 crom coins in my account before all of this and now I’m down to 417 and don’t have access to the pack, it still shows I need to purchase it. I submitted a ticket but they want proof of purchase, thing is I’m on PlayStation and it was an in-game purchase. It doesn’t show on my purchase history through my PSN account so idk what’s gonna happen. Im praying they’ll refund me soon, l’ve been waiting sooooo long for this building set to come around again and ima be a little disappointed if the bazaar refreshes before I can get it
So this time it’s not the CC purchase itself, but trying to use them get people banned…or maybe that was the same case previously? It was so long ago, I can’t remember, but most important is that it ended in FC giving me twice the amount of CC I bought (I even sent a ticket about it to have a proof of good will, but they responded, that CC amount is fine), although I was unable to log in quite a long time before they fixed that bug.
bought 1200 coins, nothing happened so restarted, was -27 and banned. Bought more as instructed and had only 1117, upon a restart, same thing, -300 this time.
Same here, same issue. Ticket submitted, now it’s a waiting game to have them remove this unfair ban and theft of my Crom coins that has somehow put me -984 coins as well as my initial payment to aquire said coins.
