Later before night checked out and there was another ticket between 1 and 2 ( i guess tickets are so many they get even lags on them )
Today checked if ‘‘solved’’ is solved, logged in - amount changed from 5000 to 48?? something

I would like to say is that why the hell we need to make ticket for error that THEY caused. Why do we have to spent our valuable time to solve issue we had no part of. I do not accept this “make a ticket” excuse. This is Funcoms issue, I paid for product, I paid for crom coins and now expected to spend more of my time to resolve issue I m had no part of?
If this is not solved and I will remain banned, with expectation that I have to do something to get myself unbanned for their mistake. I will contact Competition and Consumer Authority in my county.
