Banned from official servers by mistake

Hello, today I went to log into my account normally and I came across this notification that I am prevented from entering the official servers for reasons: Harassment among others.
I won the game as a gift a short time ago 2 weeks ago and I believe I was punished by mistake I never even talked in the game much less I harassed or threatened I hope some admin help to review my case thank you.

there is another person using the same name as mine on the same server where I believe I got confused with her

If you have any questions about a ban you have to go though Zendesk. Any thread about a ban on the forums will ultimately be closed by an admin. I hope you get this resolved quickly though.
