Barachan Reiver armor in the Exiled Lands?

The Barachan Reiver armor set is available to craft in the Exiled Lands on test live. Is this intended?

I noticed an icon in the upper left corner that is like a round barbed circle. Also, it takes light armor padding and animal hide yet is considered heavy armor. I’m confused. Is this intended or a bug?

I play SP, Exiled Lands with no mods and no DLC.

Yes, the new outfit is intended, and it was already reported that the craft use light padding to give us a heavy armor. :wink:
