Barb pve build for max dps?

I am looking for an updated build for reaver barb for max dps. No need anti agro :=)
For pve and i do mostly dungeons and raids.
My gear is combo t4/khitai epics, and have rings and saving to kutch weapons.

The classic reaver tree barb build is pretty standard, there is not much anyone would disagree on.
As the barbarian can easily afford to spec into the general tree (esp. in comparison to ranger and to some degree even sin) the minus hate is an expected group buff.
