Add hair stylist NPC, mirror, and/or potion to adjust your character’s appearance or style.
This has been suggested dozens of times. Reply to keep the dream alive.

already a mod, but it sure would be nice for console user aswell so… +1 !
(but keep it for hair & makeup, don’t alow for face change, that would be too much)
