Why is the Battle Pass not working? I should have at least 8-12 hours left to finish this off and get my remaining content/coins yet its offline?? So now what, Im going to miss out on something I have paid money for? Albeit the last few hours yes but some of us have limited time, and I was level 48 so… 8-12 hours should have been plenty of time to finish this. Quite frankly, Im miffed…

Regarding the error message, does it show up for you even after restarting the game? Are you getting any other error message other than the one provided?
I don’t see Challenges, Battle Pass or Bazaar but I have all my Ancestral knowledge inclding the last one I’ve bought a couple of days ago. It doesn’t look like an authorization failure.
Same here… I would have completed the last six levels but challenges battle pass but no way… Restarting the game did not help.
The challenges and new battle pass pages are weird - I re-launched the game 4 times, 2 times out of those I could access them and other times they were not available.
Bazaar still shows “Failed to load the store page” every time I log in.
I bought Crom coins for 20 euros and I got a message saying something went wrong and should try restarting the game. Didn’t get my Coins AND Bazzar and Battle Pass are showing as disabled. Classic…
Why would you try buying something on launch day of a new update? That’s like gaming 101. Everyone knows that the worst day to spend $$ on a game is when it first updates.
You should know better.
The challenges are going to look different. They changed the interface.
They do look weird. I’ve started a new game from scratch (just for testing purposes) and I see only 3 of them all asking me to kill demonic creatures. I’m lvl 1, naked and barefooted! We used to have simple challenges for beginners. I see Bazaar now but don’t see my coin balance. So let it settle a bit, I’ll return on Saturday

*Removed mods for 3rd.
*Restarted my PC entirely for 4th.
No dice.
Of note, I have purchased the battle pass thing, and cleared it each time (So I have 1,200 coins and all prior ages completed). No other crom coin purchases.
Me and my wife got the same issue.
It seems that the problem is intermittent, because after some time we could log in Season/Bazar.
Then, again no longer.
In case it can be useful to developers to deep dive the issue, I add that when we could see the challenges, they never progressed by doing what was required in game (e.g kill some beasts). So it seems they were offline anyway.
Victim blaming is an interesting choice.

Yeah I agree. I purchased CC anyways because I want access to the BP unlocks ASAP with the full understanding that I have NEVER had a successful PS Store purchase of crom coins and it relaying to FCL and then to my UI in the game. It’s an issue that continues to baffle me on why is it occurring but still needs to be pointed out and not dismissed just because of timing of the update. Real money transaction usurp people complaining that they can’t get exactly 10 shaped wood from a chest, IMHO.
Sorry I just think it’s like the absolute worst time to buy Crom Coins.
We all know how bad launch day is for Conan and knowing that you’re still willing to spend your money?
Sorry but seems like a huge contradiction. If you lose your money on launch day, that’s on you.
Why not buy CC the night before?
I can only answer my POV which is I didn’t know how the BP leveling would turn out and the prelim that I say for the bazaar showed a spider set and not the dungeon set. So with the dungeon set only on for 14 days, I wanted to ensure I get in line to get that and also get access the the BP unlocks (rapier and the spanish armor at level one)
On that topic, is the Spider Infestation set coming back around? It was in the Bazaar for less than a day.
